          "An Act relating to the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act,                                                                  
          to anatomical gifts, to donations to the anatomical                                                                   
          gift awareness fund, to a registry of anatomical gifts,                                                               
          and to organizations that handle the procurement,                                                                     
          distribution, or storage of all or a part of an
